Head of International Payroll - London - £120000-£130000 p.a + Bonus & BenefitsA fantastic opportunity for a dynamic senior Payroll Manager to join this high profile global business working on a hybrid basis (3 day per week in their city offices).  You would be responsible for the creation of the UK & EMEA payroll function including processes / procedures and set up of global payroll vendors. The client has c 200 employees currently but they are looking to scale so the function will expand rapidly in the next 18-24 months.  ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:
  • You must currently be a qualified (CIPP) Payroll Manager currently working within a boutique professional services environment (ideally hedge fund, stockbrokers, consulting etc). With overall responsibility of the payroll function.
  • You must have personally created a UK & EMEA payroll function from scratch. Experience of APAC payroll would be an advantage.
  • Have a proven successful track record of success and longevity throughout your career.
