About You

You will be an experienced HR professional with a CIPD Level 7 qualification. Sector-specific experience is essential, particularly in environments that support software engineers or software developers. International experience is highly desirable, ideally including exposure to the US.

About the Role

This role encompasses all aspects of HR, from policy development to employee engagement, but a significant focus will be on working closely with the CEO to align HR strategy with business objectives. You will play a key role in ensuring strategic goals are met, leading change management initiatives, and driving transformation projects. As part of the senior leadership team, you will have high visibility across the business and work alongside key decision-makers to shape the organisation’s future. This is a remote role with occasional international travel.

Duties will include:

  • Developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with organisational goals.
  • Partnering with the CEO to drive strategic HR initiatives and organisational change.
  • Leading a small team of regional HR professionals to support global HR operations.
  • Ensuring compliance with HR policies and employment laws across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Supporting talent acquisition, development, and retention strategies.
  • Managing performance review processes, compensation reviews, and employee feedback initiatives.
  • Leading change management programmes and transformation projects.
  • Advising on complex employee relations matters, including mediations and disciplinary procedures.
  • Overseeing onboarding, employment contracts, and recruitment effectiveness.
