We have a permanent position available for a HR Manager to work fully remotely, supporting a growing global team. This is a very exciting opportunity for someone with 2+ years previous experience in multiple tech start-up environments, ideally having entered as the first HR hire, taking the lead shaping top-tier technical talent for a new growing business.

This is a full-time position, paying between £65000 and £80000 per annum depending on experience and qualifications, with some fantastic benefits including unlimited annual leave. For this role you MUST be a UK resident and eligible to work in the UK unsupported by sponsorship.

What we're looking for:

  • Have over five years of experience in human resources and people management, within the tech industry
  • Previous experience (2+ years) in multiple tech startup environments, building teams from the ground up
  • Well-versed in employment laws, regulations, and best practices in the UK, USA, Europe and Singapore
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration and relationship-building across teams and stakeholders.
  • Capable of working independently and efficiently

What you'd be doing:

  • Build, then advise and support the team on HR policies, procedures, and best practices while guaranteeing compliance with local law and regulations.
  • Manage the entire recruitment process, from screening to final selection, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all candidates.
  • Drive performance management initiatives, including goal setting, evaluations, and coaching, to foster continuous improvement.
  • Handle key HR administrative functions, including payroll and claims processing.
  • Oversee compensation and benefits programs.
