The HR Manager position is a permanent role based in London, requiring fluency in Italian and a salary range of £40-65k depending on current experience.
The successful candidate will serve as the main point of contact for all UK HR-related queries, manage payroll for the UK, and support the implementation of new HRIS systems.
Candidates must have a CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent), HR experience in the UK and ideally Italy, and advanced Excel skills including pivot tables.
This newly created role requires flexibility and an agile approach as responsibilities may evolve based on business needs and workloads.
The position is office-based in London, with a current team of 5 expected to grow to over 15 next year.

Standalone, the mainpoint of contact for all UK HR related queries, providing guidance on Employment Law, managing UK recruitment, onboarding and all the administrationthat comes with this.

Management of Payrollfor the UK of around as well the newly recruited employees covering the global projects which is currently around 15, this can increase and decrease dependingon business needs.

Support theimplementation of the new HRIS systems starting in January.

Reporting directly tothe HR Director based in Italy, you will also be in daily communication with the Italian HR team and, so fluent Italian is essential for this role.

As this is a newlycreated role, you need to be flexible and agile in your approach and understand that this role will lead in different directions depending on the workloads andprojects.

It is essential thatyou are comfortable with Excel, namely pivot tables and data reporting.
