HR Manager (with payroll responsibility) Permanent London, 5days a week in office (Bank Station) Fluent in Italian £40-65k depending oncurrent experience Your new roleHays are workingexclusively with this global business to find an Italian-speaking HR Manager to join the growing UK office with a current head count of 5, which is increasing to 15+ next year.

  • Standalone, the mainpoint of contact for all UK HR related queries, providing guidance on Employment Law, managing UK recruitment, onboarding and all the administrationthat comes with this.
  • Management of Payrollfor the UK of around as well the newly recruited employees covering the global projects which is currently around 15, this can increase and decrease dependingon business needs.
  • Support theimplementation of the new HRIS systems starting in January.
  • Reporting directly tothe HR Director based in Italy, you will also be in daily communication with the Italian HR team and, so fluent Italian is essential for this role.
  • As this is a newlycreated role, you need to be flexible and agile in your approach and understand that this role will lead in different directions depending on the workloads andprojects.
  • It is essential thatyou are comfortable with Excel, namely pivot tables and data reporting.
