HR Manager - Polish speaking
Frazer Jones are supporting a client in central London to secure a Polish speaking HR Manager.
This is a contract role starting ASAP, managing a population of staff based in Poland and London.
My client is looking for someone with good Polish employment law knowledge so they can advise stakeholders in a consultative capacity.
Responsibilities include:
* Overseeing all HR operations including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management
* Developing and implementing HR strategies in line with the organisation's goals
* Ensuring compliance with legal regulations and company policies
* Coordinating with senior management to enhance staff performance and productivity
* Managing employee records and data using HR systems
* Implementing organisational change and development initiatives
* Providing guidance on compensation and benefits
To qualify for this role, you must be fluent in Polish, know Polish employment law from an HR perspective and be available on very short notice.
