This role is particularly exciting as you will have the opportunity to flex your creative muscles in what is essentially a stand-alone role. If you are an experienced Learning & Development Professional or Professional Development Coach who is passionate about mentoring, diversity and coaching then this role will be perfect for you.

You will work very closely with the Director of Professional Development, and she hopes you will innovate and challenge, to enable the firm to deliver its vision through the creation of an environment which motivates and develops its people.

The role will take ultimate responsibility for designing training strategies and delivering learning outcomes for Associates throughout the firm and you will be accountable for ensuring targeted and blended learning solutions are delivered. The solutions must be commercial, evaluated and meet the needs of the business with a focus on application and delivery.

From day one you will be identifying capability gaps and implementing learning interventions and programmes to bridge these gaps. You will work in partnership with the lawyers and wider firm to build long lasting relationships.
