We are working with a highly reputable IP law firm, who are seeking a skilled Human Resources Manager to join their busy team on a full-time, permanent basis.

Is this role suitable for you? In order to be successful, you will require a CIPD Level 5 Qualification and at least 3 years’ experience working in a HR Manager position. You’ll need to be confident in dealing with a full range of HR duties and possess great leadership skills. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment when required is essential and you should possess strong knowledge in HR laws.

This role will involve ensuring management of the HR Team and keeping abreast with HR processes and procedures running smoothly. Within this role, there is also room for progression.

  • Dealing with complex HR matters, always ensuring confidentiality.
  • Ensuring the appropriate policies are in place and being adhered to by staff.
  • Working closely alongside the HR Director to deal with any issues or new initiatives.
  • Assisting with recruiting activities.
  • Overseeing all processes in general, flagging any issues.
  • Actively engaging in new projects.
