Student Recruitment Manager
London/Hybrid
Up to £60K plus commission
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to our customers
- Analyzing the student intakes for the post-graduate programs and plan for a targeted increase.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting internal customer relationships
- Creating marketing strategies and business plan by coordinating along with various teams for smooth execution.
- Analyzing the leads and Qualifying the same for increasing the profitability.
- Coordinating with advertising agencies, to develop suitable brand initiatives to position the brand in keeping with the above identity.
- Planning and Organizing Consumer Front Brand Activation events and Articles-Roadshows, College events etc.
- Plan all the social media and digital marketing campaigns.
- Forecast and track key account metrics
- Assist with high severity requests or issue escalations as needed
- Develop and execute a sales and marketing plan for key accounts that meets or exceeds sales and margin targets
- Provide regular sales reports to the that accurately capture all sales activity
- Responsibilities include developing long-term relationships with a portfolio of assigned internal customers, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders.
- Liaise between cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to internal customer needs.
