We are partnered with a leading Financial Services SME company who are looking for a Change and Transformation Manager to join their London. The main focus of this role is to support the coordination, execution, and success of transformation initiatives. In this role you will work to drive impactful change that supports the company's ambitious growth agenda.

Please note you are require to work five days in the office.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the C-suite level reporting manager in developing and maintaining a roadmap of transformation initiatives that aligns with the Companies objectives and growth strategy.
  • Monitor and track progress against the roadmap, identifying potential bottlenecks and proposing adjustments as needed.
  • Own selected transformation initiatives, oversee planning, execution, and follow-up to ensure successful delivery.
  • Assisting on the management of larger initiatives or programmes, contributing to planning, execution strategies, and monitoring of progress.
  • Solicit feedback from stakeholders at various levels to gauge the effectiveness of changes, and to identify areas for improvement.
  • Analyse relevant data to measure the success and impact of implemented changes, using findings to refine strategies and improve outcomes.
  • Engage with key stakeholders to ensure their buy-in and support for transformation initiatives, addressing concerns and helping to foster a culture of change.

You will need:

  • Experience leading transformation projects or programmes in a fast-paced, high growth environment and experience working in a corporate, consulting, and / or Private Equity backed environment.
  • Strong project management skills, ability to oversee multiple initiatives, manage resources, and deliver outcomes effectively.
  • Good stakeholder management skills.
