Our client is a start up consulting firm specialising in investigations, culture, sustainability, business intelligence and advisory services. They are currently looking to bring on board a couple of additional HR, employee, and workplace investigations professionals on a contract basis. Initial contracts are likely to run for 3-6 months, starting ASAP, however there is significant likelihood of further extension and/or permanency.
The team works closely with an array of very impressive clients, to include law firms, corporates, and significant non-for-profit organisations, in providing a full range of people intelligence services. One of the core pillars of service offered by the team are independent investigations into a wide range of areas such as conduct, compliance, cultural and people issues.
The assignment is to start ASAP, and will be well suited to experienced investigators with upwards of 3 years' experience in handling HR, employee, and workplace investigations into a wide range of areas such as conduct, compliance, cultural and people issues.
Investigations conducted by the team can cover the following areas and allegations (please note, this is a non-exhaustive list): harassment; assault; bullying; racism; abuse of power, coercion and control; whistleblowing; alleged criminal misconduct including financial crime, theft and fraud; regulatory misconduct; workplace practices and processes; environmental investigations; performance; data and confidentiality breaches; reputational investigations and integrity investigations.
The successful individual can expect to conduct HR, employee, and workplace investigations and prepare and review detailed investigation reports to include findings, recommendations and preventative measures.
A hybrid working policy is in place, with individuals generally spending 3 days per week in London. However, this can fluctuate depending on client requirements.
This is an exciting opportunity for the successful individual to join a dynamic business with an impressive growth trajectory.
Applications are also encouraged from individuals with an employment law background who are looking to focus on investigations.
