***TEMPORARY SCHOOL HR ADMINISTRATOR NEEDED ASAP***
My client are a school in north London looking to recruit a HR Administrator on a temporary contract to support line managers and team members.
The role involves working closely with the HR Advisor to ensure all aspects of HR admin are carried out efficiently and effectively in line with the school’s policies and procedures.
Key responsibilities include:
- Maintaining and updating HR records on SAMpeople
- Supporting the HR Advisor with pre-employment and vetting checks
- Setting up employment contracts
- Preparing the monthly absence and timesheet spreadsheet
- Managing the employee absence line
- Preparing return to work paperwork
- Supporting with recruitment process admin by producing recruitment packs, placing job adverts, communicating with candidates and hiring managers
- Onboarding new starters
A strong administration background is essential for the role, and it would be an advantage if the successful candidate had HR knowledge and experience although this is not essential.
An enhanced DBS is required for the role.
