Handle are working with a leading media agency to bring a new HR Advisor to their team on a permanent basis.

Due to significant growth over the last few years, the team is expanding and need the support of a strong HR Advisor. This role supports across a variety of different agencies c.400 employees, with the support of a local HR team and the wider group.

The role has a broad generalist remit: you will partner with all levels of the business offering advice on ER, policies and processes as well as working on project work. All HR Admin/ operations is managed centrally (as well as some basic ER/ note taking), and also L&D and TA but you will be able to work on some more specialist projects, eg. L&D group initiatives would always need to be tailored/ adapted to the client group you are supporting.

The ideal candidate will bring a creative and innovative approach to match the rest of the team, supporting across the full employee life-cycle. In particular, independently managing ER cases and comfortable advising managers on employment law. You'll have a background working in complex, matrix businesses and feel comfortable working with senior and exec level people with big personalities - able to push back when needed.
