My client is looking to recruit a HR Advisor. This permanent position working 35 hours per week.

They offer a flexible working approach with 2 days per week in their office near tower hill with the remainder of the week working remotely.

Role

You will provide expert HR advice and support to both line managers and staff on recruitment. You will have working knowledge of employment legislation and experience of handling employee relations casework.

Duties

  • Administer and support all aspects of the recruitment function from liaising with recruiting managers on their vacancy to onboarding of new starters
  • Liaise with recruiting managers, finance and external stakeholders
  • Organise and conduct new starter on-boarding processes, induction meetings with new employees and agency workers
  • Assist with employee relation case work.
  • Provide full administrative support to the HR function.
  • To act as a first point of contact for all queries relating to the Human Resources team.
  • Work closely with the Director of HR & HR Manager who has overall responsibility for recruitment
