HR Advisor | Hybrid Role | Up to £45,000 + Career Growth | North West London

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-line HR support and comprehensive advice across the business, escalating complex issues as necessary.
  • Maintain and update HR documentation for current and former employees.
  • Support managers with disciplinary, grievance, and absence procedures, ensuring adherence to timelines.
  • Collaborate with managers and staff to resolve HR challenges effectively.
  • Review payroll processes to ensure accuracy (no payroll processing required).

Key Skills & Experience Required:

  • CIPD Level 3 or above
  • Proven experience advising line managers on employee relations and employment law.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
  • Passionate about HR, with the confidence to engage at all levels.
