Your new companyWorking for an ever-growing private equity-backed media & PR agency based in the heart of Central London.

Your new roleThis role is supporting various businesses under one company umbrella, across the UK, US and EMEA. You'll be managing various MD-level stakeholders and building up lasting relationships which can see a company from change to growth and everything in between. As well as the HRBP team, you'll be supported by an HR operations centralised function which will be responsible for onboarding and offboarding tasks. This is a generalist role where you'll be leading on employee relations, learning & development and talent, looking at policies and procedures to always ensure efficiency.

  • Change management - TUPE of circa 300+ headcount per year, lead on change programmes and communication
  • Policy & Employee relations - Ensuring always fit for purpose and aligned across multiple business'
  • Employee engagement - drive retention and attraction
  • Reward - lead of design and delivery of annual cyclical activities
  • Talent management & attraction - Lead on strategies such as succession planning, development programmes and recruitment

What you'll need to succeedYou'll be someone who has the ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders within the business, and be able to build effective relationships. The soft skill set required is the mindset to be able to get under the skin of the business and understand problems, with the ability to solve and deliver on plans. This role is ideal for someone who has worked in an agile environment, supporting and leading change. Requirements within your experience:

  • Recent experience of working in a matrix business structure
  • Tenure in your work history which demonstrates the ability to manage a company through multiple annual HR processes
  • Proven experience of working at an HR Business Partner level
  • Strong communications, both written and verbal. Needs to be operating at senior communications level.
  • Commercially minded with a proven history of delivering on projects
  • Experience of change management, from start to finish. Ideally with TUPE experience
  • Must have experience of working in the private sector
