You'll be instrumental in upskilling teams and fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.Casework Management: Handling a variety of complex HR casework, including disciplinary actions, grievances, and performance management. You'll provide expert advice and support to managers and staff, ensuring compliance with employment law and organisational policies.Strategic HR Support: Working closely with senior management to align HR strategies with departmental goals.
