We are recruiting for an Interim HR Advisor to join our non-profit client based in South London. Your role will involve delivering expert HR advice and ensuring compliance with employment legislation, maintaining detailed information on staff conditions of service, and interpreting and advising on statutory procedures. Staying current with changes in legislation and policy is crucial, as is providing accurate guidance on our HR policies.

You will advise on all aspects of HR across the organisation including contributing to the creation and updating of HR policies, assisting in investigating HR procedures such as grievances and disciplinaries and offering professional advice on recruitment and selection. Other aspects of your role include ensuring thorough pre-employment checks for new staff, administering payroll-related tasks, drafting complex correspondence and handling enquiries from various stakeholders and you will also devise and deliver training for support staff and undertake project work as needed.

We are seeking candidates with proven experience in HR advisory roles. Strong knowledge of employment legislation, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and experience in delivering training and professional development would be beneficial.

This role is office based with expensed travel to other sites across London - regular WFH is not available.
