Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing all aspects of employee life cycle an of dealing with your own ER Caseload.
  • Responsible for managing the recruitment process for teaching and non-teaching staff.
  • Organize professional development programs, training sessions and enforce that school policies, procedures, and expectations are met.
  • Work with school leadership to set performance standards and goals.
  • Ensure that the school complies with employment laws and regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records required by the school or educational authorities.

Key Requirements:

  • Previous experience working as an HR Officer, ideally within an educational environment.
  • Hold a minimum CIPD Level 3 qualification.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer literacy.
  • Ability to prioritise, works well under pressure and work accurately with a high attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build effective working relationships and works well as a part of a busy team.
