About the Company

A leading international law firm are seeking a Senior Employee Relations Specialist to join their team on a fixed term contract. This is an exceptional opportunity to join a collegial team for a qualified lawyer looking to move into a non-fee earning role.

About the Role

This is a specialist role offering commercial employment law and ER advice, partnering with a mix of fee earning and business services groups. Duties include:

  • Advising on employment law queries
  • Managing grievances, misconduct, disciplinaries, redundancies, exits, settlements and performance issues
  • Working with counsel and Employment Lawyers
  • Managing relationships with internal stakeholders including Partners
  • Advising on policies and procedures
  • Delivering training
  • Drafting and updating contracts
  • Managing the reward and bonus review process
  • Budget management

Job Requirements

You will be a qualified lawyer with at least 1-2 years PQE of employment law experience. Strong experience of working with senior stakeholders and the demonstrated ability to collaborate with teams and build positive relationships is essential.
