Senior HR Consultants will be responsible for supporting clients predominantly via phone/email but also at client offices to proactively manage their HR function face to face.

Client Details

Our client is a well respected HR consultancy that provide outsource support to a range of businesses in the alternative asset management space. They are looking for a Senior HR Consultant at Trivium will be a true generalist who is CIPD level 5 and above with a minimum of 5 + years experience in a generalist role preferably within SMEs and Financial sector.

Description

  • Strong employee relations knowledge where you had sole accountability;
  • Write offer letters and contracts of employment, adapting content depending on client needs;
  • Compile and update employee records within HR software systems;
  • Process and monitor DBS and screenings with partners Vero/Accurate;
  • Manage day to day HR and benefit administration tasks;
  • Maintain and monitor HR software systems for clients;
  • Take responsibility for specific client projects including grievances, disciplinary issues, TUPE and redundancy;
  • Advise and execute health and safety assessments onsite for new and existing clients, including accompanying documentation such as Health and Safety Manual and Risk Assessments;
  • Administer training courses for our clients based on their requirements using the learning platform, such as; DSE and Sexual Harassment;
  • Process and amend settlement agreements;
  • Train new employees upon joining on navigation of HR software system;
  • Manage performance for client's workforce and oversee performance concerns as they arise;
  • Provide support with immigration and right to work procedures;
  • Maintain and update client Employee Handbook's in line with current legislation; and
  • Assist with client remuneration policies and strategies.

Profile

  • CIPD level 5 as a minimum mandatory and not working towards it;
  • experience in delivering HR solutions to external clients;
  • experience in using HR cloud systems; and
  • ability to produce high quality written and verbal advice.
