Senior Human Resources Business Partner opportunity available on a permanent basis within the Transport industry.
This role reports into the CHRO and partners with multiple senior stakeholders to driving strategic HR initiatives across the company's largest division - Operations.
Key requirements:
- Strong stakeholder and people management (4 direct reports)
- Management of complex employee relations
- Complete update and/or creation of policies and processes
- Instilling a culture of best practice across a large, operational workforce
- Focus on talent development and workforce planning
- Strong understanding unionised environments
- Ability to interpret and present HR data and metrics to drive performance change
- Advice and guidance to senior stakeholders
- Coaching people managers on areas such as performance management and occupational health
- Support with TUPE transfers
- Weekly travel to various sites across North London within your working day
This is a hybrid role with offices based in North London. Please expect to be on site 4 days a week initially, and 3 days per week longer term.
