A Senior Human Resources Business Partner position is available on a permanent basis in the Transport industry, reporting directly to the CHRO.
The role involves managing 4 direct reports, handling complex employee relations, and updating or creating HR policies and processes.

This hybrid position requires weekly travel to various sites in North London, with an initial on-site requirement of 4 days a week.

Senior Human Resources Business Partner opportunity available on a permanent basis within the Transport industry.

This role reports into the CHRO and partners with multiple senior stakeholders to driving strategic HR initiatives across the company's largest division - Operations.

Key requirements:

Strong stakeholder and people management (4 direct reports)
Management of complex employee relations
Complete update and/or creation of policies and processes
Instilling a culture of best practice across a large, operational workforce
Focus on talent development and workforce planning
Strong understanding unionised environments
Ability to interpret and present HR data and metrics to drive performance change
Advice and guidance to senior stakeholders
Coaching people managers on areas such as performance management and occupational health
Support with TUPE transfers
Weekly travel to various sites across North London within your working day

This is a hybrid role with offices based in North London. Please expect to be on site 4 days a week initially, and 3 days per week longer term.
