This role is focused on supporting the successful delivery and optimisation of Salesforce solutions across the business. You'll work closely with stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into user stories, support configuration and testing, and help improve processes using Salesforce capabilities.
Whether mid or senior level, the role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams in Agile environments to drive efficiency, streamline workflows, and ensure Salesforce aligns with strategic goals, especially across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and related integrations.
Experience Requirements:-

Minimum 4+ years as a Business Analyst, ideally with a strong focus on Salesforce projects.

Must have deep Salesforce expertise (e.g. multiple clouds, integrations, large-scale implementations).

Experience with Salesforce platforms, particularly Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud.

Skilled in requirement gathering, documentation, and process mapping (user stories, AS-IS/TO-BE, functional specs).

Proficient in Agile and Scrum methodologies - working closely with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and delivery teams.

Comfortable running workshops, stakeholder meetings, and UAT sessions.

Ability to translate business needs into Salesforce functionality.

Hands-on with tools like Jira, Confluence, Lucidchart, Visio, and reporting dashboards.

Experience working in enterprise-scale or eCommerce environments is a strong plus.

Background in digital transformation or data migration projects.

Experience in big tech or consulting firms (e.g. Cognizant, Accenture, Meta, Spotify, Apple, etc.).

Exposure to CPQ, AI tools in Salesforce, or Salesforce certifications.

Data-driven mindset with experience using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
