Key Responsibilities:
- Review and optimise the current SAP ByDesign configuration to improve system capabilities and reduce manual workarounds.
- Lead the improvement of billing and revenue recognition processes, working closely with revenue accountants to identify requirements and implement best practices.
- Streamline payables and approval workflows within SAP, ensuring seamless integration and compliance with business requirements.
- Manage the functional currency transition from EUR to USD, ensuring minimal operational impact while supporting system consolidation activities.
- Support automation initiatives, including bank feed integrations and cash flow reporting tools to reduce manual processing.
- Conduct system audits to identify inefficiencies, recommend improvements, and maximise SAP ByDesign functionalities.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions within SAP ByD.
- Create and maintain documentation to support system changes and process improvements.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience as an SAP ByDesign Functional Consultant, with a strong understanding of SaaS business processes.
- In-depth knowledge of SAP ByDesign functionalities, including billing, revenue recognition, payables, and currency management.
- Demonstrated expertise in process improvement, system configuration, and driving operational efficiencies.
- Experience with functional currency transitions within ERP systems is highly desirable.
