Job Description:

The MembershipBespoke client, a Financial Services company, is seeking a Contract Database and Membership Administrator to join their team. The ideal candidate will have experience in using Dynamics 365 and Sharepoint, along with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. They will be responsible for maintaining and updating records in Dynamics 365, performing data cleansing, providing support to colleagues on CRM usage, generating reports and dashboards, and supporting membership activities. The candidate should demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work effectively in a small team. If you possess the necessary skills and experience, we encourage you to apply.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Proven experience working with Dynamics 365 or similar CRM platforms
  • Advanced super user skills in a CRM system
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Confident and professional oral and written communication skills
  • Good organizational and self-management skills

Desirable Skills:

  • Good working knowledge of Sharepoint
  • Understanding of the role and remit of the client and member companies
