Job title: Desktop Support Analyst
Location: Blackfriars and Watford once a week - Hybrid 4 days in the office a week
Startdate: ASAP
Workinghours: 8:30am to 5:00pm or 9 - 5:30pm
Salary: £34k - £38k + Benefits + Bonus
We are working with a Managed Service Provider who are looking for a Desktop Support Analyst to support their clients with a mixture of BAU and project work. The successful Desktop Support Analyst will be joining an extremely supportive organisation who continuously progress and expand their employee's skillset.
In addition, the Desktop Support Analyst will become part of a social and supportive team. They are seeking someone who is a quick learner and has a great attitude. The Desktop Support Analyst will be required to commute to client sites twice a week, one being in Watford.
Essential skills - Desktop Support Analyst:
- Entra ID - user admin, changing settings within group policies
- Strong knowledge around Windows 10 and 11
- Exchange Online - User administration, licensing applications
- Knowledge of IPV4 and network cabling
- Knowledge of DHCP and patching ports
- Experience working for a Managed Service Provider or multi customer environment
- Enterprise hardware

- Intune
- Citrix
