Summary

A 6 month contract position has opened for a End User Support to join a global food supplier. You will be joining an exciting and diverse team of technical professionals, and tasked to integrate, test, distribute and support company applications and operating systems.

The role is being offered as full-time on-site in Maidstone.

You will be required to have a valid driving license, and a valid passport with the ability to travel internationally.

The Role

As an End User Support specialist you'll b taking charge of the on-premise / cloud management solution to manage desktops, laptops and mobile devices on the network or internet-based.

We are looking for an individual with a strong understanding, and previous professional experience, in endpoint engineering who can perform in compliance with policy guidelines and within defined timeframes.

Your responsibilities will cover:

  • Troubleshoot hardware and software upgrades, repairs and support.
  • Assist with document creation and maintenance regarding policies and procedures
  • Manage helpdesk support requests (ServiceNow)
  • Assist in new hiring onboarding processes including account creation, imaging, setup and training.

  • M365
  • Certification: CompTIA A+, MCP
