What You'll Be Doing:

  • First Point of Contact: You'll be the friendly face (or voice) manning our property helpdesk email account, handling maintenance issues and possible complaints with a smile.
  • Emergency Support: Taking calls from offices about emergency property maintenance and providing frontline support.
  • Organized and Efficient: Logging calls on our property database and booking contractors to tackle problems onsite.
  • Follow-Up Pro: Keeping tabs on job progress and ensuring timely resolutions.
  • Quote Master: Collating quotes, obtaining sign-offs, and checking and coding invoices for payment.
  • Data Guru: Compiling reports using data from our database and handling ad hoc administrative tasks.
  • Compliance Champion: Maintaining contracts for all services to our property portfolio and ensuring compliance with regulations.
