The Business Central ERP Support Analyst will play a key role in providing technical support, troubleshooting, and system administration for D365 Business Central. The role involves working on system upgrades, service improvements, and supporting the transition from Dynamics NAV to Business Central.
- Opportunity to support and enhance critical Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central system.
- Hands-on role within a dynamic and fast-growing retail brand undergoing digital transformation.
- Work closely with key stakeholders and the development team to improve ERP performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 1stand 2ndline support for D365 Business Central.
- Troubleshoot system errors, data inconsistencies, and workflow issues.
- Assist with system enhancements, upgrades, and migration from Dynamics NAV.
- Train users and create supporting documentation.
- Work with internal teams and external partners to streamline ERP processes.
Key Skills Needed:
- 2+ years' experience supporting D365 Business Central or Dynamics NAV.
- Strong ERP administration, troubleshooting, and support skills.
- Knowledge of finance, stock control, and retail operations.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication skills for non-technical users.
- Experience with SQL, Power BI, or integration tools is a plus.
