Technical Consultant- NetSuite

Our client are a global Saas business seeking a NetSuite Technical Consultant to join their Finance Systems Development & Support team.
About the role
You will collaborate with the Lead and colleagues across the organization to design, develop, and maintain customizations, scripts, workflows, and integrations.
There will be a requirement to build and maintain custom workflows, scripts, and saved searches while also implementing application bundles.
This work will cover all core financial modules and possibly Advanced Revenue Management and Fixed Asset Management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Using the SuiteCloud Platform, leverage SuiteScript 2.0 to implement technical solutions that cannot be accommodated through configuration.
- Work with the development team to deliver solutions including customization, scripting, and integrations.
- Build scalable solutions using standard configuration tools such as workflows and customized fields and forms.
- Facilitate release management activities across teams
- Technical delivery of business change requests and complex projects.
- Serve as a matter expert on items related to the platform and its ecosystem.
Skills and Experience:
- Experience as a NetSuite Developer or Technical Consultant
- Experience with integration layers, in particular Boomi.
- Development experience using SuiteScript 1.0, 2.0, and 2.1.
- Experience with multi-book, multi-entity, and multi-currency environments required.
- Understanding of data modeling, integration patterns, and architecture best practices.
- Other certifications are a bonus, in particular Application Developer.
- Experience with Zone Billing would be a significant bonus.
- A familiarity with other enterprise systems, particularly Salesforce.
- Critical thinking, problem-solving, design, coding, and debugging skills.
- Knowledge of deployment management and the software delivery lifecycle.
