Job title: Senior Desktop Support AnalystLocation: Blackfriars 3 days a week and Watford once a weekStartdate: ASAPWorkinghours: 8:30am to 5:00pm or 9:00am - 5:30pm Salary: £38,000 - £44,000 + Benefits + BonusWe are working with a Managed Service Provider who are looking for a Senior Desktop Support Analyst to support their clients with a mixture of BAU and project work. The successful Senior Desktop Support Analyst will be joining an extremely supportive organisation who continuously progress and expand their employee's skillset.The Senior Desktop Support Analyst will have the chance to work on projects including but not limited to office builds, data centre moves, migrations and hardware refreshes. They are seeking someone who is a quick learner and has a great attitude. The Senior Desktop Support Analyst will be required to commute to client sites twice a week, one being in Watford.
Essential skills - Senior Desktop Support Analyst:
- Entra ID - user admin, changing settings within group policies
- Strong knowledge around Windows 10 and 11
- Exchange Online - User administration, licensing applications
- IPV4 and network cabling
- Experience managing DHCP and patching ports
- Experience working for a Managed Service Provider or multi customer environment
- Enterprise hardware support
