Are you a Technical Support Engineer with a knack for solving problems and delivering exceptional service? We're looking for a versatile and customer-focused individual to join our client based in London (Oxford Circus).

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide hands-on support for IT systems, applications, and services across the business.
  • Manage and resolve IT incidents and service requests, ensuring excellent service delivery.
  • Support core business applications, remote working solutions, and mobile device management.
  • Collaborate closely with service desk, application support, and other technical teams.
  • Contribute to IT projects, driving continuous improvement and user satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong expertise in Office 365, mobile device support (iOS/Android), and desktop environments.
  • Proven experience providing IT support in a large-scale user environment.
  • Hands-on experience with PC builds, audio-visual systems, Citrix, and Windows 10/11.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to thrive under pressure.
  • ITIL-certified or strong knowledge of ITIL processes.
  • Proactive, flexible, and motivated to go the extra mile for end-users.

This role will require you to be in the office 5 days per week and will require occasional travel to other London offices.
