DATA OPERATIONS MANAGER

UP TO £75,000 PER ANNUM (+ BONUS)

REMOTE (TWICE PER MONTH IN LONDON)

An exciting start-up Housing Provider, is seeking a Data Operations Manager to drive and deliver the Data Strategy. This will include embedding the Data Management & Governance framework, as well as orchestrating the technical team to deliver migrations and implementations across their growing data landscape.

THE COMPANY:

This start-up has the backing of a blue-chip investments firm, and is helping to drive forward the supply of affordable housing across the UK, through a variety of schemes designed to support first time buyers and provide excellent return on investment. Their data strategy is set for huge growth over the next year and they're seeking a Data Operations Manager to oversee technical implementations and the delivery of effective Data Governance, Management & Protection frameworks.

THE ROLE:

As a Data Operations Manager you will be driving forward the Data Strategy and implementing the Data Governance & Management frameworks to ensure the data team can scale effectively.

In specific, you can expect to be involved in the following:

  • Implementing Data Management & Governance frameworks, including creating robust control environments for datasets
  • Interact with SME stakholders from across the business to elicit specific project requirements, and to achieve buy-in for Data Strategy & Data Management processes
  • Oversee a technical team, driving them towards successful delivery of implementations and migrations while keeping them within Data Quality controls
  • Document all processes, assigning correct resources and data ownership for future projects
  • Work with the risk team to expand Data Governance Controls and Key Risk Indicators

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

The successful Data Operations Manager will have the following skills and experience:

  • Strong recent experience of delivering Data Management & Governance initiatives into businesses (including data cataloguing)
  • Experience with a major CRM technology solution, ideally Salesforce
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to elicit requirements, perform gap analysis and deliver strategy that meets these needs
  • Passionate about scaling a Data Function within a growing organisation

THE BENEFITS:

The successful Data Operations Manager will receive a salary of up to £75,000 per annum, plus discretionary bonus and a host of other benefits.
