TRIA recruitment have partnered with an elite sports club in London who are seeking a Head of Infrastructure & Networks to define and execute their infrastructure roadmap and strategy during an exciting period of significant development.

This is a unique opportunity to lead a small team of engineers, work closely with the Technology Director, and play a pivotal role in shaping the club's future infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver the infrastructure strategy and roadmap to support the club's growth and tech evolution.
• Implement processes, policies, and governance to ensure a secure, efficient, and scalable IT environment.
• Provide expert guidance on technologies, third-party vendors, and tooling to ensure the infrastructure remains fit for purpose.
• Lead and mentor a small, high-performing IT team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships, engaging effectively with technical and non-technical teams across the business.

About You

• Proven experience as an IT Infrastructure Manager, Head of Infrastructure or similar, with a track record of delivering robust infrastructure strategies.
• Hands-on technical expertise, combined with the ability to lead and manage a team.
• Strong knowledge of process implementation, IT governance, and vendor management.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical audiences.
• A proactive, adaptable mindset and a passion for driving innovation in IT infrastructure.
