The system, delivered by a leading consultancy, is live and fully operational but requires continuous improvements to meet evolving business needs.The successful candidate will take over from the current Project Manager, ensuring a smooth transition and continuity. Strong stakeholder management and third-party supplier oversight are critical, particularly in working closely with the external consultancy responsible for the system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the ongoing development and enhancement of the digital portal.
  • Act as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders and third-party suppliers, ensuring business requirements are met.
  • Oversee project timelines, budgets, and risks while maintaining clear communication with senior leadership.
  • Ensure seamless collaboration with the external consultancy team, driving system improvements.
  • Facilitate a structured handover from the outgoing Project Manager to ensure continuity.
  • Utilize Agile methodologies where applicable to enhance project delivery.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience managing digital portal projects or similar front-end system implementations.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels.
  • Experience working with and managing third-party suppliers
  • Ability to drive system enhancements and improvements post-implementation.
  • Agile experience is a bonus.
