IT Support Analyst
The office is based in Central London and offering a hybrid approach with travel to the office approx. 3 days a week.
The IT Support Analyst will need solid knowledge of Infrastructure, networking, Security, and MS 365.
The IT team is small, and you will contribute to the daily operations and performance of the IT Support desk team, focussing on exceptional IT support for circa 200 employees.
The ideal IT Support Analyst will have good attention to detail and taking ownership of their work. Experience of Windows, Microsoft 365, Network, and security is required.
