- Provide expert troubleshooting and support for a range of technologies including Windows 10 & Server OS, Azure, Intune, Azure Virtual Desktops, and more!
- Manage Active Directory, account management, and VPN/Remote support tools.
- Support iOS & Android devices, hardware (laptops, mobiles), and software installations & upgrades.
- Demonstrate strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills for both software and hardware issues.
- Provide top-notch customer service, especially over the phone and face-to-face.
- Liaise with third-party suppliers and assist in maintaining IT Service Management and Asset Management tools.
- Follow industry best practices like ITIL for continuous improvement.
- Public Sector ExperienceÂ
- 4+ years of experience in 2nd line IT support/troubleshooting roles.
- Proficiency with MS Office 365, Microsoft MFA, MDM, and virtualization technologies like VMware vSphere.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Previous experience with ITSM and Asset Management tools
