MLC Partners are currently working with a London based Council to recruit FOUR Oracle System Administrators (HR, Accounting Systems, Reporting and Procurement) into a newly created central support team, to support the implementation of an Oracle Cloud system to develop its systems for managing Finance, Human Resources and Procurement - this team will be internal facing maintaining the system and dealing with any central admin activity.

Duties

  • Process business critical systems administration functions in line with agreed process maps, professional user instructions, and approvals to ensure the Council’s Oracle Fusion Human Resources, Procurement and Accounting system operates optimally within a defined control framework to ensure controls are in place and complied with.
  • Maintain all aspects of the Oracle Fusion systems including system hierarchies, user access management, security roles, data access sets, BPM workflow and system configurations at an Enterprise and Module level.
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert for Oracle Fusion system administration working within the team to share knowledge and reduce single points of failure.
  • Provide second line Oracle Functional and Technical support of seeded functionality at an enterprise, module specific and end to end process level.

Experience

  • Proven advanced experience of System Administration with Subject Matter Expert experience in one of the following areas within Oracle Fusion; Human Resources, Procurement, Accounting Systems or Reporting including Standard Query language and or other relevant languages, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent working knowledge of primary business processes that utilise an ERP solution, Record to Report (R2R), Order to Cash (O2C), Procure to Pay (P2P), Hire to Retire (H2R), and Forecast to Plan (F2P).
  • Specialised experience in administration of Oracle and able to understand the unique elements of integrated systems.
  • Strong Proficiency in Oracle configurations, setups, personalisation’s, and workflows.
