HR Systems Administrator - Up to £50,000 PA

London - hybrid working

A leading and public facing organisation is seeking a highly skilled professional to maintain, develop, and support HR information systems, ensuring they meet the needs of the business. If you thrive on data analytics, system management, and driving improvements in HR technology, this could be the perfect role for you!

You will be responsible for ensuring that HR systems are fully optimised and that key workforce data is accurately maintained and reported. Acting as the HR system superuser, you will provide guidance, training, and support to stakeholders across the business. You will also play a key role in HR data analytics, generating reports, identifying trends, and supporting business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

* Support the continued development and integration of HR systems, ensuring maximum efficiency.

* Lead on system updates, modifications, and enhancements.

* Automate HR processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.

* Ensure system security and GDPR compliance.

* Provide user training and support to HR and payroll teams.

* Produce and analyse workforce data and reports to support business decisions.

* Identify trends and gaps in data, providing insights and recommendations.

* Ensure compliance with GDPR in all data-related activities.

* Generate reports on key HR metrics such as headcounts, turnover, retention, and absence data.

Requirements:

* Proven experience working with iTrent and Business Objects

* Strong knowledge of Power BI

* Experience with Empactis would be highly beneficial

* Strong data management skills - ability to extract, analyse, and present data.

* Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and V-lookups.

* Experience as a system superuser and first point of contact for troubleshooting.

* Ability to train and support colleagues in system usage.

* Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks to deadlines.

* A proactive, innovative mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
