Key Responsibilities
- Act as the final point of escalation for 2nd line support team.
- Troubleshoot and resolve advanced technical issues.
- Manage and lead IT projects from inception to completion.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and implement technology improvements.
- Maintain and optimize network infrastructure, servers, and security protocols.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior IT staff.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in a 3rd line IT support role, preferably within the financial sector.
- Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, server management, and cybersecurity.
