We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated 3rd Line IT Engineer to join our dynamic IT team. The ideal candidate will serve as a point of escalation for complex technical issues and lead various IT projects to ensure our systems remain cutting-edge and reliable.

Key Responsibilities

- Act as the final point of escalation for 2nd line support team.

- Troubleshoot and resolve advanced technical issues.

- Manage and lead IT projects from inception to completion.

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and implement technology improvements.

- Maintain and optimize network infrastructure, servers, and security protocols.
