In this position, you will be provided with Full Teacher Training if needed. Your role will be to deliver 1-to-1 training and coaching sessions to apprentices and learners, guiding them through their learning journey to ensure they achieve their potential. Additionally, you'll host group coaching sessions once a week to train and develop groups of learners.
The successful candidate for this position will have experience and proficiency in either Data Analytics or Software Development. Previous Training/Coaching/Teaching experience is not required.
This role would suit a Data Analyst or Software Developer who wants to make a career change and help other people by making an impact on the next generation of Tech professionals and would like to work for an employer that will invest heavily in their training and has excellent career prospects on offer.
The Role:
- Full Training Provided
- Delivering 1-to-1 training to apprentices
- Host weekly group coaching sessions
- Offering guidance and support to ensure learners achieve their qualifications.
- Remote position, working one day a month in Birmingham, 37.5 Hours
The Person:
- Experienced in Data Analytics or Software Development
- Passionate about passing on knowledge to others
- No training/teaching/coaching experience required
