Reporting to the IT Programme Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality training for digital systems, supporting colleagues in adopting new technologies, and ensuring business needs are met with cutting-edge IT solutions.Key responsibilities
- Lead IT systems training, focusing on Microsoft Dynamics and other key business applications (e.g., Microsoft 365, document management, housing systems).
- Design and deliver high-quality blended training solutions (e.g., video, virtual, eLearning, in-person).
- Develop training materials, user guides, and test cases for new systems and upgrades.
- Build and mentor local super users within the organisation to champion IT systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to drive continuous improvement and ensure effective change management.
Essential Criteria
- Proven experience delivering IT systems training (Microsoft Dynamics and Microsoft 365 preferred).
- Strong skills in designing and developing training programmes and materials.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a proactive approach.
- Experience working in project teams to train users and create documentation.
- Ability to adapt to change and support others through transition periods.
