Reporting to the IT Programme Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality training for digital systems, supporting colleagues in adopting new technologies, and ensuring business needs are met with cutting-edge IT solutions.Key responsibilities

  • Lead IT systems training, focusing on Microsoft Dynamics and other key business applications (e.g., Microsoft 365, document management, housing systems).
  • Design and deliver high-quality blended training solutions (e.g., video, virtual, eLearning, in-person).
  • Develop training materials, user guides, and test cases for new systems and upgrades.
  • Build and mentor local super users within the organisation to champion IT systems.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to drive continuous improvement and ensure effective change management.

Essential Criteria

  • Proven experience delivering IT systems training (Microsoft Dynamics and Microsoft 365 preferred).
  • Strong skills in designing and developing training programmes and materials.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a proactive approach.
  • Experience working in project teams to train users and create documentation.
  • Ability to adapt to change and support others through transition periods.
