The Role
As a Credit Administrative Officer, you will support the bank’s credit function, ensuring the smooth administration of credit applications, documentation, and risk management processes. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional looking to develop their career within the banking sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation, review, and processing of loan and credit applications
- Prepare the Facility Summary Sheet and provide copies of Loan Agreements to the Loan Middle Office as part of the Loan Administration function
- Assume responsibility for reviewing and maintaining accurate credit documentation
- Ensure all necessary credit documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with regulatory requirements
- Support the risk team in maintaining compliance with internal policies and external regulations
- Coordinate with clients, relationship managers, and credit analysts to facilitate seamless credit operations
- Maintain accurate records and generate reports for internal and regulatory purposes
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in credit administration, banking, or financial services
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Knowledge of banking regulations and credit policies
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
