My client is a highly regarded independent family run Insurance Brokerage who have a vacancy in their North West London office for an experienced Health Insurance Account Handler.
The role: To administer and service existing clients, which includes but is not limited to, visiting clients, renewal administration, preparation of presentations to insurers, negotiating premiums with insurers, processing adjustments, claims and preparing client reports and other documentation.You will have a good understanding of all classes of health /private medical Insurance.You must be confident and able to speak with clients with authority giving the client confidence in their abilities to carry out their role and treat all customers fairly.Being experienced, they should be able to work with minimum supervision and be able to cope in a pressurised environment taking instructions from Directors as appropriate.To cross-sell insurance and approved non-insurance products according to the demands and needs of the existing clients and where required, to secure new commercial business form client referrals or leads generated by the Company.
Salary is dependant on experience.
