Senior Underwriter (Property D&F) Lloyd's Syndicate City of London I'm currently recruiting for a leading Lloyd's Syndicate who are looking for a Senior Underwriter to join their team! The ideal candidate will have 10+ years experience underwriting U.S. and international property risks on a primary basis. My client specialises in a broad spectrum of property coverage, ranging from real estate to mining, including natural catastrophe (NAT/CAT) exposures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, price, and negotiate risks presented via the box or e-trading platforms.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, producers, and clients.
- Promote the Syndicate's brand and products, showcasing our risk appetite and value proposition through marketing and sales efforts.
- Review wordings and contracts for accuracy and compliance.
- Contribute to account management, portfolio development, and business planning.
- Conduct market and industry research to inform decisions and strategy.
