Analyst - Client Onboarding - Asset Management

Our client, a leading financial organisation, is looking to recruit an experienced Operations Analyst for a 12 month contract (Inside IR35) full-time from their London office.

This role sits within Client Management and primarily responsible for institutional account onboarding, portfolio accounting, cash management and client reporting. You will support internal and external parties to ensure effective oversight, manage operational risks, and enhance client relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure accounting data accuracy and provide accounting policy oversight in order to create controlled environment for investment management process.
  • Liaise with client relationship team and client implementation team to qualify new business, implement account events, and ensure the adequacy of account structures and surveillance.
  • Pro-actively review indicators of operational issues, reviewing account level metrics and remediate exceptions as appropriate.
  • Providing effective thought leadership in navigating evolving financial regulatory landscape and helping to develop technological solutions.

Location: London Office, full-time

Contract: Inside IR35
