The Role


Our client is looking for an experienced CASS Manager to help support the Head of CASS ensuring the firm is meeting all relevant CASS requirements and responsibilities.


The CASS Manager is to confidently manage the maintenance of CASS governance documents, Rule Mapping, Risk register and Control Wording as well as taking ownership of its 2 annual limited assurance CASS audits.


The CASS Manager will be expected to manage the full CASS audits and any ad-hoc internal audits, liaising with various operational teams and collating data and drafting reports ahead of applicable deadlines for review and challenge by the Head of CASS.


The CASS Manager will have oversight on both the CASS breaches register whilst also providing updates to the various Client Asset committees and working groups when required.


The CASS Manager is to maintain all the CASS policies and procedures as well as the annual updates of due diligence on banks and custodians


The CASS Manager will lead the production of various MI for relevant stakeholders across the business and the implementation and management of a CASS monitoring programme


The Candidate


Minimum 5 years CASS experience.


Excellent knowledge of CASS rules


Ability to manage CASS audit process.


Strong data manipulation skills and Experience with Excel.


Strong analytical skills with great attention to detail


Strong interpersonal and communication skills and can use their initiative
