Our client, a boutique asset manager known for exceptional fund performance, is seeking an experienced Client Onboarding & Transitions Coordinator Analyst to coordinate and support client transitions into new funds.

The Client Onboarding Administrator will ensure a smooth and timely transition of new clients, collaborating with teams across Investment, Product, Operations, Legal, Compliance, and Business Development. Key responsibilities include coordinating client transitions, managing complex transitions with relationship managers, and supporting client follow-ups. The role involves working with the compliance team to perform necessary checks, attending Client Focus meetings, and engaging with internal and external parties to ensure clear responsibilities for asset transfers. Regular communication with custodians, finalising in-specie transitions, and updating the order management system with client investment restrictions are also essential tasks.

A minimum of 2-3 years' experience in a similar client onboarding role or in investment operations within financial services is required. Knowledge of charity and trustee law, and an understanding of major asset classes and their suitability for different investors will be an advantage, but not essential.

This role is a unique opportunity to contribute to a rapidly expanding asset manager committed to ethical and sustainable investing.
