We are keen to speak with individuals who have an extremely adept understanding of MiFID II and it's impacts, to join an investment banking client of ours based in Central London.

This will be on an initial 6-months contract with expectation to be extended upon completion. You will be working on a hybrid basis with 3 days in the office.

You will be responsible for:

  • Assessing the impacts of the new 'MiFID III' regulation and performing a comprehensive impact analysis for our client.
  • Utilising your deep understanding of UK and EU regulations to assist with the impact analysis.
  • Consulting on UK wholesale market review.

Requirements

  • 5+ years working with MiFID II in a project setting.
  • Thorough understanding of MiFID II from the 'sell-side'.
  • Experience with back reporting projects with a large number of transactions.
  • Experience working with the Kaizen review process.
  • Knowledge of E&O forms.
  • Advanced knowledge using UnaVista.
  • Asset class knowledge - Equities, FX & Portfolio Trades.

Benefits
