We are happy to be recruiting for one of our high-profile Banking clients. They are currently looking for a PMO Analyst to join them for a 7-month contract. However, there may be scope for extension.

The Project:

The Enterprise Capital Management International team is seeking a highly motivated individual to join the team.

In support of ECM's objectives, this position will be responsible for managing the end to end delivery of complex initiatives, facilitate cross-team coordination with senior stakeholders and develop plans with business and support partners to sustain the change. The projects facilitated by this role are in direct support of ECM's strategic plans and will have significant exposure to a wide array of senior leaders. The candidate will be required to work closely with other CFO functions, Global Risk, Enterprise Scenario Planning and Execution and various other lines of business to successfully deliver projects.

Overview of the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and skilled individual to join an established capital management team with an opportunity to thrive in a dynamic environment, requiring the ability to continuously learn and adapt, and develop proactive working relationships across all ranks and functions.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end execution for assigned projects and/or specific segments of a larger, complex project including ICAAP.
  • Develop/maintain project plans, initiating implementation programs, creating status reports, presenting status to senior executives, and tracking progress.
  • Ensure issues/risks are proactively identified, appropriately escalated, and include alternative approaches/mitigation plans and manage to resolution.
  • Communicate, influence, and negotiate both vertically and horizontally to obtain partnership and engagement required to deliver project deliverables.
  • Build and develop product expertise to support the initiative.

Key Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree or related work experience
  • Experience in managing projects or work-stream.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently with tight and changing deadlines.
  • Ability to think outside the box and problem-solving skills.
  • Organized and able to work on multiples tasks with limited supervision.
  • Ability to manage stakeholders/support partners across various levels.
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to take on new initiatives.
  • Ability to effectively communicate complex and/or technical information.
  • Good computer skills, particularly Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.

Desired Skills:

  • Prior experience working in projects.
  • Finance or relevant experience with a broad product set spanning banking and capital markets products (loans, deposits, securities, derivatives, etc.)

Location:

This is a hybrid working role, with a requirement to work from either the clients London or Dublin office at least 3 days a week.

Working hours:

Standard working hours with some flex where required.
