Currently partnering with a well-known Lloyd's Syndicate who are looking to hire a Portfolio Manager to their team in London. This position will play a key role in coordinating underwriting activities and assisting the underwriting team to meet business objectives. Working closely with the Head of Portfolio Management, operational leads, and Business Change, this role will drive effective change and produce high-quality recommendations supported by thorough research and analytics.

The Portfolio Manager will ensure alignment with business plans, monitor performance against KPIs, and oversee regulatory reporting. Responsibilities also include improving underwriting processes, providing market intelligence, and representing the division in internal and external meetings. Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills are required, along with a solid understanding of underwriting techniques and commercial impacts.
